What this does
Puts your logo onto a video, so it stays attached if the video gets shared around. Videos only: for photos, use a photo tool.
How to use it
- Pick a video, or drop it anywhere on the page. A preview frame appears.
- Pick your logo. A PNG with a transparent background works best.
- Drag the logo where you want it. Drag the bottom-right corner to resize it. Set how see-through it should be.
- Choose the encoder and quality, then start. A new MP4 downloads when it finishes.
Making a watermark that works
Two competing goals: visible enough to matter, quiet enough not to ruin the video.
- A corner is usual and unobtrusive. Across the middle is harder to crop out.
- Partly see-through reads as professional; fully solid usually does not.
- A light logo with a little shadow or outline stays readable over both bright and dark footage.
- Bigger is not better. It should be legible, not dominant.
Your privacy
Your video never leaves your device. Everything happens inside your browser, so nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored on a server.
Common questions
Does it work on photos?
No, videos only. It takes MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM and similar, and always gives back an MP4.
Can I do lots of videos at once?
One at a time. Your position and opacity settings are remembered, so the next video is two clicks.
Which browser do I need?
Chrome or Edge. Firefox and Safari cannot encode video in the browser yet, so the buttons stay disabled there.
Does it change the original?
No. You get a new file; the original is untouched.
Can someone remove the watermark?
A determined person with editing skill often can, particularly from a plain background. A watermark discourages casual reuse; it is not true protection.
